Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect book, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

Books may be returned if they are: damaged during shipping, significantly different from the product description, or the wrong title was delivered. Books must be in the condition they were received — we cannot accept returns for books that have been heavily used, written in, or damaged after delivery.

How to Request a Return

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via: email at hello@kingsleyleshey.com, WhatsApp at +237 650 07 19 73, or our contact form. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the book is damaged.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned book, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Mobile Money) within 5-7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be sent via Mobile Money to the number you provide.

Non-Refundable

The following are not eligible for returns or refunds: books returned after 7 days, books damaged by the customer after delivery, change-of-mind purchases (you simply decided you don't want the book), and free digital library content (no payment was made).

Exchanges

If you received the wrong book, we will ship the correct title at no extra charge once we verify the error.
