Kingsley Leshey operates as an online bookstore selling physical self-help and personal development books for delivery within Cameroon. We also provide a free digital library of public domain books for online reading.

2. Physical Book Orders

All prices are listed in Central African CFA Franc (XAF) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. We accept payment via Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Orange Money) and Cash on Delivery. By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order. An order is only confirmed when we send you an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

3. Delivery

We deliver to addresses within Cameroon. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to transportation disruptions, weather, or carrier delays.

4. Free Digital Library

Our free library contains books sourced from Project Gutenberg and other public domain repositories. These works are in the public domain and are provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial reading.

We do not claim ownership of any public domain text. The texts are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the public domain content.

Public domain books may contain views, language, or perspectives that reflect the era in which they were written and do not represent the views of Kingsley Leshey.

5. User Accounts

You may create an account to track orders and save your reading progress. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

6. Reading Data & Features

Our reading platform allows you to track reading progress, create highlights, take notes, and set reading goals. This data is stored on our servers and may be deleted at our discretion. We make no guarantees about the long-term availability of reading data. We recommend exporting your notes regularly.

7. Intellectual Property

The website design, branding, product descriptions, blog content, and all original materials on this site are the property of Kingsley Leshey and may not be reproduced without permission. Public domain book texts remain in the public domain.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kingsley Leshey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, personal injury, or property damage.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

The content of books sold or made available through our platform — whether physical or digital — represents the views of their respective authors, not Kingsley Leshey. We do not provide professional advice of any kind (medical, legal, financial, psychological, or otherwise) through our product offerings.
